A Willow Moon Festival 

Celebrating Renewal and Growth

April 26th-28th, 2019

Absolutely no one allowed onsite until after  3  PM April 26.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!



Join us at Wiesenfeuer’s Baronial during the Willow Moon to celebrate the renewal of our championships, and the growth of our champions past and present. We also rejoice in the constant renewal and growth of our Barony with new friends and old as we prepare to welcome the coming Summer. This will be a festival of flowers and bright colors.

Absolutely no one allowed onsite until after 3 PM April 26.


Directions

Travel to OKC via I-35. Exit at Hefner Road near the landmark Frontier City and continue West on Hefner Road. Camp DaKaNi also marked as Camp Fire Heart will be on your right before you reach North Bryant Avenue. Parking is available at both SCA marked entrances. Registration will be at the permanent pavilion near the restrooms.  Or for those of you who do GPS click on the Camp DaKaNi link for your Google Directions.

 

 

Site is wet in period containers only. You must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcohol.

Smoking is allowed, but butt containers must be used. 

Animals must be contained or leashed at all times. No barking dogs left in tents. Must have proof of rabies vaccination.

Posted site rules and mundane laws are to be respected.

Child (5-17): $5

Youth (4 & under): Free

Member Family Max: $30

Feast: $10

 

Make checks payable to SCA Inc. - Barony of Wiesenfeuer.     

Adult individuals failing to show proof of membership when registering at gate will be charged the Adult Registration amount. 

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They may also attend with a 21 year old or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver Form from the parents.

 No animals are allowed at registration/gate.

Championship Formats



Archery:

Combat Archery - No armor is required to participate.


Chivalric:

Bear Pit: 3 rounds lasting 20 minutes each.
Round 1: Bring your best.
Round 2: Spear
Round 3: Single Sword

Rapier:

Swiss Five - Non Matching Allowed.



Flower Contest for Chivalric and Rapier - Adult and Youth:

For Chivalric and Rapier we are having a fun little contest:
Pin or otherwise reasonably attach a flower to the front of your armor/garb.
The fighter who keeps their flower attached the longest during the tournament wins.
In the case of a tie the winner will be determined by the flower that looks the most presentable.
The prize is a small but useful for the adults, and just plain fun for the kids.
